About Mia
I strive to craft thoughtful, yet challenging, Vinyasa classes that draw from my personal practice. In addition to formal training, my yoga practice has taken me to study around the world from India to Belize. I use music, mantra, mudras, meditation, pranayama, Yogic philosophy, and Ayurvedic principles throughout each class to help my students connect deeper to their experience. In addition to my 200 Hour teacher training, I have also completed certifications for Prenatal, Restorative, and Ayurveda.
